Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on Software Fit Guide are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase a product through one of our links — at no additional cost to you.
What this means in practice
- When a link is an affiliate link, we disclose it at the top of the relevant page.
- Affiliate links are tagged with
rel="sponsored nofollow"in the HTML. - Some pages include an "(affiliate)" label near the call-to-action link.
How affiliate status affects our recommendations
It does not. Our editorial policy prohibits recommending a tool based on commission rates. If we have an affiliate relationship with a vendor, we may still criticize the product honestly if it does not fit a particular use case.
If we do not have an affiliate relationship with a vendor but believe their product is the right recommendation, we link to their official website without an affiliate link.
Current affiliate relationships
As of the time of writing, Software Fit Guide does not have active affiliate relationships configured on this site. All external links currently point to official vendor websites without commission tracking. This disclosure will be updated when affiliate relationships are established.
Affiliate networks we may work with
If and when affiliate relationships are established, they may be through:
- PartnerStack
- Impact
- CJ Affiliate
- Direct vendor affiliate programs
We will never create or imply a fake affiliate partnership. Relationships are only activated when a real agreement exists.
